Did you see it? The New York Times fabulous tech story on unplugging??
Not one to chant “I told you so” to anyone other than the kids, and my husband, and my sisters, and often my mother under my breath, but here’s proof that unplugging is not only good for the family, the psyche, relationships, business, but waa-laa — good for the brain as well.
My tech-free vacation that seemed so impossible to my clients, so torturous to my kids, so tempting to my friends, and freakishly absurd to fellow Sandy Island campers, well, guess what? I got the science to prove it.
