I am trying.
I am trying to be mature and sophisticated and educated and calm and peaceful and one-with-the-mat and all that bullshit.
But what I really want to do is take a pick-up and bust it clear through the espresso swirling, BMW driving, Burberry wearing, Coach carrying lobby of the glass castle nestled in the middle of the venture-capitalist, no-one-gives-a-shit-enough-to-know-your-name 1% responsible crushing souls and proving, sadly, that nice guys do, quite often, finish last.
Layoffs suck when necessary. But when they are not necessary and happen anyway, they’re criminal.
Not for what they do to the wallet, but more so for what they do to the soul.

This part rots. Been there.
Love the way you can modify the shit out of words to make it all so real.
Glass castles rarely have heart beats so I agree, get out and be with those that do!
