It’s National Voter Registration Day, so make sure you are registered so you can vote … and complain if need be, cuz if you don’t vote, don’t kvetch. And ask around and make sure your friends and neighbors are registered as well because it’s actually true: every vote does indeed count.

I vote gun safety, it’s kinda my thing. I recently was invited to speak at Connecticut Against Gun Violence state endorsements of gun safety candidates. I’m not hawking any particular candidate, it’s just 3 quick minutes of why voting has taken on a whole new meaning since December 2012:
Are you registered to vote? Do you know who your representatives are? Google it in your state, and you can easily find your state and federal representatives and senators, plus telephone and email.
